Memphis, Tenn., May 1^st 2020 – ALCO Management, Inc. recently received a prestigious ranking on the official 2020 list of National Best Places to Work Multifamily for Women®. ALCO ranked No. 8 in a list of the top 25 national winners. The winners were announced by Multifamily Leadership via live broadcast from the Multifamily Studios in Scottsdale, Arizona with more than 500 people in attendance.

The Best Places to Work Multifamily for Women™ program recognizes companies that have established and consistently fostered outstanding workplace environments for women. The top companies earn a spot in this prestigious list by participating in one of the Official National Best Places to Work Multifamily® that was revealed on November 21, 2019, at the Multifamily Leadership Innovation Summit.

58 best-in-class organizations threw their hat in the ring and 25 earned a spot after surveys revealed that their female employees believed their workplaces to be a positive environment for women. The results of these surveys alone dictated the winners, without input from judges, stakeholders, or sponsors, making it entirely based on the voices of the women workforce within these companies.  

The national research and benchmarking program demonstrates the industry’s focus on people while illustrating its overall potential— as it annually contributes more than 3.4 trillion dollars to the U.S. economy and supports more than 17.5 million jobs.
