Fallbrook Apartments: New Playground Alert

On Monday, May 9, Fallbrook Apartments officially opened their new playground structure. And on April 15, Fallbrook signed a contract with Executive Security. To mark all the great things that are happening at Fallbrook and to introduce themselves to the residents, Executive Security hosted a cookout for the residents. Among the guests was the Metro Nashville Police Department East Precinct. A small team of officers set up an informational booth at the event and provided practical safety suggestions to the residents.

Fallbrook’s Community Manager, Todd Rife, had nothing but good things to say about the new security company. “In just over a month of starting, coordination between security, management and our Watchtower camera service, we have been able to get enough information and documentation to execute a three-day eviction and the arrest of a suspect involved in two recent shootings on the property,” according to Todd Rife.

The Fallbrook team is demonstrating how it is possible to tap into the local community to provide resources and safety measures for our residents. Way to go, Fallbrook!
