ALCO Management, Inc. has worked within the Mid-South affordable housing community for decades to bring funding, renovations, and better resources to low-income communities. Their work has gone beyond their own portfolio and helped other companies get the funding and resources needed to make a difference as well. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/a>Wesley Living has offered exceptional senior housing and assisted living services across the Mid-South for more than fifty years.  Currently, Wesley Living serves over 2,200 residents in two assisted living communities and 28 senior housing communities in West Tennessee, Western Kentucky and Arkansas. <\/span><\/p>\n

<\/a>This year ALCO Management and Wesley Living partnered to bring new funding to two Mid-South senior living facilities. By working as a consultant for Wesley Living, the team at ALCO was able to secure renovation funding through the Tennessee Housing Development Agency to completely renovate St. Mary’s Manor in Jackson, TN and Wesley Pine Ridge in Paris, TN. <\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/a>The highly competitive Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program requires expertise to navigate the application process, and success has made a higher standard of living possible for hundreds of Tennessee seniors. COO and Vice President of Wesley Living, Ron Budynas, said ALCO’s specific experience in finance and development consulting for low-income housing made them the perfect partner for Wesley Living.  <\/span><\/p>\n
