In addition to upgrading all kitchens, bathrooms, roofs, windows and more,<\/span><\/span> <span century=\"\" gothic=\"\"><span style=\"color:#222222\">ALCO will add a fitness center, WiFi, washer and dryer hookups, energy-efficient lighting and new security cameras.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0in\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0in\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;\"><span style=\"background:white\"><span century=\"\" gothic=\"\"><span style=\"color:black\">As surrounding Chattanooga-area apartment rental rates begin to rank among the fastest-growing in the country, <\/span><\/span><span century=\"\" gothic=\"\"><span style=\"color:#222222\">ALCO is more dedicated than ever to keeping its communities accessible.
