We must all work together in this unprecedented time. As stewards of affordable residence communities, ALCO is doing our part to protect residents and employees by complying with guidelines published by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) to lessen the spread of COVID-19.

Here are some of the steps that we’re taking to flatten the curve:

Our corporate office staff in Memphis is working remotely, they are available during the same business hours Monday through Friday. Our corporate phone: (901) 544-1705

 ALCO’s apartment property management offices are open for business, although we are limiting in-person meetings and asking residents to call or email the office with questions or concerns. 

We are limiting maintenance services at our properties to emergency visits only.

The community spaces are closed, but essential common areas such as the laundry area are open. We are following the recommended procedures for sanitizing the common areas daily to protect residents and their families.

If any resident at any ALCO property is currently dealing with a recent layoff or unemployment due to the COVID-19 crisis, please contact the property manager to discuss hardship issues.


Residents and employees – here’s what YOU can do!

  • Practice social distancing
  • Wear protective equipment – face masks and gloves
  • Wash your hands often

ALCO is following the CDC recommendations for social distancing as it applies to our corporate employees and property offices in nine different states. 

As this health crisis looms, all of us have the responsibility of helping each other with humanitarian efforts and the health and well-being of our friends, family, and coworkers
